Pacifica Square is committed to providing every guest with a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience. This is a privately owned property managed by Windfall Group. By entering the property, all visitors agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises, restricted future access, or referral to law enforcement.

We are dedicated to maintaining an inclusive, family-friendly environment that celebrates the richness of Asian culture and community. Every visitor deserves to feel safe, respected, and welcome at Pacifica Square.
General Conduct
All visitors must behave in a lawful, respectful, and considerate manner at all times. The following are examples of conduct that will not be tolerated:
Safety Violations
- Fighting, physical altercations, or threatening behavior of any kind
- Running, roughhousing, or reckless behavior that endangers others
- Blocking entrances, exits, walkways, storefronts, or emergency access routes
- Any activity that creates a safety hazard for visitors, tenants, or staff
- Possession of firearms, illegal weapons, or any item intended to cause harm
Disruptive Behavior
- Loud, disorderly, or disruptive conduct that disturbs other guests or tenants
- Use of profane, obscene, vulgar, threatening, or offensive language or gestures
- Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory conduct directed at any individual
- Excessive loitering in common areas without a shopping or dining purpose
- Unauthorized solicitation, demonstrations, or distribution of materials
Property and Legal Violations
- Vandalism, damage, theft, or tampering with property
- Possession or use of illegal substances on the premises
- Trespassing in restricted or tenant-only areas
- Any conduct that violates local, state, or federal law
Additional Rules
- Appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes, is required at all times
- Pets must be kept on a leash; owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and must clean up after them
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and unauthorized personal mobility devices are not permitted in common areas
- Commercial photography, filming, or media production requires prior written approval from property management
- Face coverings that fully conceal identity are not permitted, except for medical or religious purposes
Supervision of Minors
All children age 15 and under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian aged 21 or older at all times. One adult may supervise up to four minors. This policy is in effect at all times and is designed to ensure the safety and well-being of younger guests.
Individuals under the age of 18 may be asked to provide identification. Visitors in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the property.
Parking
Parking is provided as a courtesy. Park at your own risk — Windfall Group is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. Vehicles must park in designated spaces only. No overnight parking is permitted. Vehicles in violation of parking rules may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense.
Accessibility and Inclusion
Pacifica Square is committed to providing a fully accessible experience for all visitors, including individuals with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Conduct that discriminates against any individual on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement
Security personnel and property management are authorized to enforce this Code of Conduct at their discretion. Individuals who violate this Code may be:
- Asked to immediately cease the prohibited conduct
- Required to leave the property
- Banned from future access to Pacifica Square
- Subject to arrest and/or prosecution for criminal trespass
